Responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, repair, and installation work in the camp facilities, ensuring all electrical systems are safe, functional, and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Must have knowledge of the Permit to Work (PTW) system and strictly adhere to all safety procedures and HSE requirements.

ITI / Diploma in Electrical
Engineering or equivalent.
·
Minimum 3–5 years of
experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in oil & gas camp
or site operations.

Good knowledge of Permit
to Work (PTW) systems and electrical safety standards.
·
Ability to read and
interpret electrical drawings and perform troubleshooting independently.
·
Strong awareness of HSE
procedures and safe work practices in hazardous environments.
· Perform preventive and
corrective maintenance on camp electrical systems, including lighting, power
distribution, and appliances.
·
Troubleshoot and repair
electrical faults in accommodation units, kitchens, laundries, and other camp
facilities.
·
Install and maintain
electrical wiring, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and distribution
boards.
·
Ensure compliance with
electrical safety regulations and company policies at all times.
·
Apply Permit to Work
(PTW) procedures correctly before starting any electrical task and ensure
proper isolation and grounding.
·
Inspect and maintain
generators, panels, and electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure
continuous operation.
·
Maintain accurate records
of maintenance work, materials used, and inspections conducted.
·
Report any unsafe
conditions or equipment defects to the Camp Supervisor immediately.
·
Coordinate with the
Maintenance and HSE teams for safe and efficient work execution.
·
Support energy-saving
initiatives and ensure efficient power usage within the camp.
