Conduct
daily food safety and hygiene inspections of production areas, stores, mess
halls, dining areas and associated facilities.
•
Monitor
and verify the Food Safety Management System (FSMS / HACCP) implementation,
including temperature controls, cleaning schedules, personal hygiene of food

•
Ensure
full product traceability across the food chain — including receiving, storage,
preparation and service — and conduct mock product recall exercises as
required.
