Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities maintenance operations in the oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing maintenance teams, ensuring asset integrity, and implementing Permit to Work (PTW) systems to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance within the oil & gas industry.
Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and HSE compliance.
Experience with CMMS, and predictive maintenance techniques.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

KEY TASKS

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance of oil & gas facilities.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Implement and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring all hazardous work is performed under controlled conditions.
- Develop and monitor maintenance schedules, optimizing equipment uptime and reliability.
- Supervise and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, cost control, and procurement of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with operations, HSE, and engineering teams to align maintenance plans with production goals.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for tracking maintenance activities and asset performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the maintenance team.
