Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate facilities management services in an oil & gas environment. The ideal candidate will ensure preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance is carried out effectively, ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in maintenance supervision within oil & gas facilities management.
Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW), HSE regulations, and maintenance best practices.
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and asset maintenance in oil & gas facilities.
Hands-on experience with CMMS, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and predictive maintenance techniques.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to maintenance emergencies.

KEY TASKS

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams, including technicians and contractors, for facilities management services.
Implement and manage planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure asset reliability.
Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
Conduct routine inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues within the facilities.
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of critical infrastructure such as power systems, fire suppression systems, and HVAC units.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability for scheduled and emergency maintenance.
Coordinate with HSE, operations, and engineering teams to align maintenance plans with production requirements.
Monitor CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for logging work orders, tracking performance, and reporting maintenance KPIs.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to the maintenance team.
