Store Keeper - Catering Industry
Work location: Remote-site/camp project, Oman
Department: Catering/Stores
Work schedule: Site rotation/shift duty
Experience: Minimum 3 years in catering or food-store operations
Qualification: Diploma or relevant storekeeping certification preferred
Remote-site or large industrial catering-camp experience is preferred

Food and catering inventory management
FIFO and FEFO stock-control procedures
Receiving, inspecting, storing and issuing materials
Expiry-date and temperature monitoring
Stock counting and reconciliation
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
MS Excel and inventory-management software
Accurate recordkeeping and report preparation
KEY TASKS
Receive and inspect food, beverages and catering supplies.
Verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Store materials according to food-safety requirements.
Maintain FIFO and FEFO procedures.
Monitor expiry dates, storage temperatures and stock levels.
Issue supplies against approved requisitions.
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock counts.
Prepare inventory, shortage, damage and near-expiry reports.
Coordinate with the kitchen, catering and purchasing teams.
