As an initiative from the bi-annual Management Review Meeting, it was concluded to roll out the “employee excellence” training program for Key Staff in all locations and across all disciplines. The objectives of this program are to not only focus on IMS and HSE skills, but also provide skills that will improve employee performance in line with career development.

The training program, consisting of 15 modules, will be conducted online, over 15 weeks, and will be followed by certification ceremony at Head Office, involving Top Management.

The Director of QHSE and Audits, Phillip Oosthuizen, will act as mentor for this program and Moussa Habchy will be the Lead Trainer for rolling out and monitoring the program. The HR Director and QHSE Admin will provide support and resources as required.
